What is a Denture?
A denture is a functional appliance that will replace a gap in your mouth due to tooth loss.
Overtime you may lose teeth for different reasons and this can lose the functionality of your teeth for eating and talking. There are many different options for tooth replacement and dentures are by far the simplest one. They can be acrylic or metal and they are made to fit the exact shape of your mouth.

+ What is the Process?
An impression will be taken on the initial appointment and sent off to a labratory where a wax mock up will be created. We will then register how you bite together and measure how your teeth meet using the wax mock.
Once this is sent to the lab they will put teeth into the wax so we can see how the denture will look, this is called the try in stage. We will make any adjustments here and make sure you are happy with the look and feel of the denture. The lab will then send the denture in the chosen material and your new teeth will be ready to be fitted.
